An easy way to fix the windows 7 boot loader after you remove Linux is to use a Windows 7 recovery disk. Boot into the recovery disc, get to the command prompt and enter -

bootrec/fixmbr - enter

bootrec/fixboot - enter

exit

Your done. Just make sure you delete all Linux partitions or it might not work.
